Delivery areas
we deliver anywhere within South Africa. No international shipping at the moment but we are working on it.
Delivery timeframes
delivery begins once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Standard delivery
2-4 working days for major cities
3-7 working days for outlying/remote areas
Pre-ordering or Back-Order Items
if a product is out of stock or on pre-order, delivery may take 7-14 working days. you will be informed.
Ordering Processing Time
orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed
payments made via:
- PayFast (Visa, Mastercard, EFT, MobiCred, Zapper, American Express)
- Direct EFT (proof of payment is required)

- Flat rate: R100 nationwide

Once your is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by:

Order Changes
If you need to change your address or order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After shipping, changes cannot be made.
